The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection Washington

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at The Mayflower Hotel. They made sure I had everything I needed and even offered a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. The hotel's location was also great, being only 6 blocks away from the White House and with plenty of carry out eateries nearby. The room itself was spacious with modern colors, a bright bathroom, and comfortable living room furniture. The hotel also had a small shop for drinks and snacks, and the elevators were quick. a great experience for someone with physical handicaps.

We stayed at the Mayflower Hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, answering all of our questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's historic charm added a unique touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Mall and Dupont Circle. it was a great stay and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our city break! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that there was a lounge where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also fantastic, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the large bathroom counters were a great bonus for organizing all our toiletries. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience in the city.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the shower heads seemed outdated and could use an upgrade.

Appreciated the place, had a fab stay in a very nice hotel in Central Washington. The staff were wonderful and fantastic, were waiting for us in the grand lobby.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail for christmas was provided. The room was huge, with 2 double beds. It was surely a very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel in Central Washington.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient, with a restaurant on site. The valet parking was also a plus and the staff working there were helpful.

Everything was great, courteous staff, fantastic location close enough to monuments, the Mall, museums and White House and the Washington Monument. I loved the room with 2 double beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hot drinks at main bar, excellent service.

Live entertainment in the Bar/Lounge area was a highlight. the hotel is located in the perfect spot for exploring the city and enjoying leisure time in the comfortable TV room. the exclusive private facilities exceeded my expectations.

My only minor critique is that the room was slightly smaller than expected. the beauty of the 'exclusive' room advantages made up for it.

It was clean and the staff were attentive, beds were very comfy. I loved having central heating, a safe box and a writing desk. I had an excellent experience.

Phenomenal hotel, gorgeous and well priced room. Its location was central, within walking distance of Midtown. There was an excellent restaurant not too far from the property. The check-in was early, we loved main bar.

Excellent downtown location, close to main sites and taxi rank. Recently refurbished room to a high standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good deals offered for return trips. Convenient option to use Uber for transportation.

Actually everything was nice, you're dope! Upscale, fairly clean hotel with perfect location. Only a short distance to monuments and a church. Again, it was 2 miles from an American memorial. Excellent room, bright bathroom;)))

Iconic classic place, it has ideal location just off all the main museums and monuments and tourist attractions and White House.

Room was elegant, staff was beautiful, and hotel's location was unbeatable. The food at the attached restaurant was excellent, loved this place.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near a metro stop and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms are nice and the showers are fantastic, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel also offers a club lounge, although it can be crowded at times. the location and amenities make this hotel a convenient choice for exploring the city.

The hotel could benefit from a renovation to update the rooms and improve the overall experience.

The lobby, the bar where you can eat late, the gym with recent equipment and of course the location

The bedrooms, very small, very dark, with a small window overlooking the courtyard and fire escape. Better not to have too much luggage and not much time to spend there.

Old-fashioned, poorly maintained hotel

During my recent stay at The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection, I was blown away by the really good service and unbeatable location. The hotel is just a short walk from the Farragut North metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff was helpful and were really nice too ensure my comfort, even fixing a smoke alarm battery within minutes of my call to the front desk. The hotel also boasts a wonderful fitness room and plenty of tables on the mezzanine level for work or relaxation. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very noisy air conditioning. Works in the street from 7 am until 11 pm, Saturday included. Beds in 130 cm for 2...it's small...

Small and especially very dark room with just a small window in a corner and everything else without daylight. Only one bedside table. Inconsistent furniture. Plastic shower curtain.

Great location near Dupont Circle with shops and restaurants. Beautiful and historically significant, with exceptional service and spacious rooms. Quiet and well-run, perfect for business or holiday travel. Friendly and helpful staff available for any needs. An overall wonderful place to stay. 😊

A lot of shops close around the hotel on weekends.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a DC visit. The location is great, with easy access to the city's must-see landmarks and attractions. The Edgar restaurant is a lovely spot for a meal, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the fitness club and appreciated the complimentary bottled water.

Although we had a wonderful stay, we found some of the prices to be a bit steep.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, well-designed bathroom, and helpful front desk staff. The lobby was expansive.

The Mayflower Hotel, part of the Autograph Collection, is impressively designed with spacious rooms and a historic ambiance. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Overall I recommend this hotel.
